At Pure Oil Studio, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering hand-painted artwork. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Period

Non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, labels, and documentation must be included.

The return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

The item must be approved for return by our customer service team before it is sent back.

Custom or personalized artworks, including paintings made according to your specific size, color, theme, photo, or reference image request, cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons once production has started. If a custom or personalized artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos so we can provide a reasonable solution.

3. Order Cancellation

Because our artworks are hand-painted and require production time, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Production usually begins shortly after order confirmation.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at info@pureoilstudio.com as soon as possible. We will confirm whether production has started. If production has not started, we will help cancel or update the order whenever possible.

4. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible non-custom product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at info@pureoilstudio.com within 30 days after delivery and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions when the request is approved.

After receiving written approval, ship the return to: Primemllion Inc. (Pure Oil Studio), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA.

Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team and securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Items sent without prior written approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

Quality issues, damaged items, incorrect items, or defective items: We will cover return shipping costs and provide instructions or a prepaid return label when applicable.

Change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or other personal reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

7. Exchanges

Eligible non-custom products may be exchanged within 30 days after delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@pureoilstudio.com with your order number.

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at info@pureoilstudio.com within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of the artwork, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide a reasonable solution, such as a replacement, repaint, repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Items without original packaging or accessories.

Items without a return or exchange request submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Custom or personalized artworks returned for personal reasons after production has started.
