We ship orders through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other reliable shipping partners, depending on your destination and service availability.
Free standard shipping is included on every order. We do not charge hidden shipping fees after your order is placed.
3. Order Processing Time
Since our artworks are hand-painted oil paintings that require production and drying time, order processing typically takes 5-8 business days.
If processing is expected to take longer than 8 business days, we will notify you by email before shipment.

Shipping time depends on your location, carrier service availability, and customs processing. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days after shipment.

5. Order Tracking

6. Customs and Duties
Pure Oil Studio covers all standard shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier clearance fees for every supported destination.
Customers will not be required to pay additional shipping, customs, duty, import tax, or clearance charges when the order is delivered.
If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected import-related payment, please do not pay it before contacting us at info@pureoilstudio.com. We will review the request and arrange payment or provide instructions.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at info@pureoilstudio.com and provide clear photos of the artwork, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide a reasonable solution, such as a replacement, repaint, repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will help arrange a replacement, repaint, or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment when possible. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
