We offer the following shipping options:

• Air Shipping: Handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability. Typically 5-8 business days after shipment.
• Sea Shipping: Optimal shipping routes are arranged at the time of shipment to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

All prices include shipping costs. We do not charge any additional shipping fees.

3. Order Processing Time

Since our artworks are handmade oil paintings that require drying time, order processing typically takes 5-8 business days. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing time may be extended. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location and the selected shipping method:

• Air Shipping: 5-8 business days
• Sea Shipping: Varies based on destination

Total delivery time = Order processing time (5-8 business days) + Shipping time

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order on the carrier's website.

6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means the price you pay already includes all customs duties, taxes, and fees. You will not need to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@pureoilstudio.com and provide clear photos of the damaged painting and outer packaging. We will promptly arrange a full refund or quick repaint (completed within 5-8 business days) at no additional cost to you.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
