Most artworks are prepared within 5-8 business days. During production, we may send progress photos or videos so you can review the piece before it ships.
Free standard shipping is included on every order. After final approval, your artwork is carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Standard delivery usually takes another 5-8 business days, for an estimated total of 10-16 business days.
Pure Oil Studio covers customs duties, import taxes, and carrier clearance fees for every supported destination. Customers will not be required to pay additional shipping or import-related charges when the order is delivered. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items should be reported within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
